LEAVES
Designed & Hooked by Jane Olson
Rugger's Roundtable  Issue January 1994
Why leaves, you may ask. I have found through my travels to workshops around the United States and Canada, that leaves are sometimes a problem to hook. In this pattern, the leaf or grouping of leaves is repeated twice. It gives you the opportunity to hook the same leaf or grouping of leaves in two different techniques and different colors.

I first drew the pattern for the "Hookers at Heart" group in San Bernadino, Ca. I work with this group three times a year. We started with the fall leaves in October 1993 and worked the rose leaves in January 1994.
